Forgot form for filling out but.. Main Idea: For certain people to become a "Helper" and help newcomers. How would it benefit?: Newcomers wouldnt be so darn confuzzled and we wouldnt have to answer (Well unless we want to, like me ) I forgot the rest, but as you could imagine it would be great help for newcomers.

Yeah we have many resources to help them though. I made a user guide at the bottom of the minecraft topic and now we have the help section even though everything you need can be easily found. If they ignore the resources out there then its their loss in the end.
